A charming bilingual Franco-American couple will have the pleasure of looking after our guests in Chalet Ulysse this winter.

Erica Thomas – born and raised in Colorado in the heart of the RockyMountains but of French descent, Erica may have skiing in her blood but most of her professional life has been in high-end customer service and hospitality.

Romain Colinet – originally from the southern part of the Champagne region, Romain has over 10 years professional experience in the kitchens of prestigious establishments including two Michelin starred restaurants, the “Hotel Le Blizzard” in Val d’Isère and “The Left Bank Restaurant” in Vail.
