Research from Google has revealed that Zermatt is the most searched for ski resort in Switzerland.
A review of all searches conducted on the world’s leading search engine from 2015 revealed that – for the 5th year running – more users searched for Zermatt than any other Swiss ski resort.

Not only that, but so legendary is this wonderful destination that it was also the most searched for place in Switzerland, beating Zurich into second place.
Google crunched billions of results from across the world to produce their findings. The top four places searched for in Switzerland were:
- Zermatt
- Zurich
- Basel
- Lausanne
